ExCeL London and Levy UK + I - the sports, leisure and hospitality sector of Compass Group UK and Ireland - has today announced a new partnership with KERB. KERB, founded in 2012, curates the most exciting street food talent, bringing them together on the streets of London.
The renowned London-based, street food collective are introducing a new and exciting food and drink dynamic to ExCeL’s central boulevard. The independent KERB traders will create a collection of vibrant retail units, food and drink pop-ups for a street food market atmosphere, as well as a new and unique hospitality offer. Visitors will benefit from a broad range of menus and food types, that acknowledge the importance of choice and diversity of ingredients for different tastes and budgets.
KERB and Levy UK + I along with ExCeL, have been working closely to match the best possible traders to the different communities visiting events at ExCeL. The collaboration will deliver a more flexible and innovative use of in-hall pop-ups for those organisers who wish to blend food and drink retail within their event. The eclectic choice of food and drink along with the visually appealing serveries have been purposefully designed to increase visitor dwell times.
For those organisers who are catering for their guests, a broader choice of hospitality packages will be available. These packages will draw on the retail offer, creating interesting, diverse menus for all budgets.
As live events such as International Confex and The Meetings Show make a welcome return, venue visitors, exhibitors and organisers will be able to enjoy the diverse and exciting street food offer during their event.
