A real blend of conference and exhibition experience, delegates come from around the globe to participate. The Education World Forum attracts over 200 of the world’s global education leaders. The in-hall auditorium seated over 800 people, whilst the large meeting rooms at the back of the halls hosted branded spaces for exhibitors to showcase their products and services in a more secluded environment.
The self-contained conference centre was the discreet home to the Education World Forum, an exclusive, invitation-only event. It also created additional revenue generating opportunities for the organiser. Some of the larger brands were able to design an immersive experience for delegates. This included a screening of the BBC’s Blue Planet, demonstrating the power of the public service broadcaster’s educational learning tools.
BETT is always one of the showcase events in the ExCeL calendar, as the world’s biggest education technology event, with over 34,000 visitors, 12,000+ leaders in education, over 850 exhibitors and 100+ new edtech start-ups. This year the use of the space to maximise revenue and enhance visitor experience exceeded all expectations.
