The team is a central point of contact for advice and sales support, both pre-show and on-site for services such as internet access, cleaning, piped services (water and waste) and rigging.
As part of the new service, ExCeL have also launched an upgraded version of its online ecommerce portal, now called Venue Services Centre. This has been designed to streamline the ordering process with an improved self-service experience for ExCeL services, as well as links to partner services such as on-stand hospitality from ELH and AV hire from Anna Valley.
The investment in this new team underpins the continued support for organisers to deliver a first-class experience for exhibitors.
