The answers to some of the most common media related questions are below, however, if you need any further clarification or additional information, please contact our team and we will be happy to help.

Are we able to supply our own banners?

Yes once it has been delivered to us, we will install it for you. Not all artwork can be produced by clients we will advise regarding what you can produce yourself.

Are we able to talk to print experts?

Yes contact us with any questions you have and our in-house production team will be able to help.

Are your banners recyclable?

Yes, all of our banners are recycled and become traffic cones, carpet underlay and a variety of other products.

Can ExCeL London Media create artwork files for us?

Yes we can. We work with a team of designers who will be able to help you with all of your design needs. We can send you a separate quote for design work.

Can I collect my banner after the event?

Yes! Let us know that you would like to collect your banner and we will arrange a date and time for you to collect it.

What artwork formats do you accept?

We require final approved artwork in one of the following formats:

Adobe Indesign CS5 or later
Adobe Illustrator CS5 or later
Adobe Photoshop CS5 or later

Please also supply high resolution PDF files for reference.

What is the artwork deadline?

Artwork deadlines are usually 4 weeks prior to your event. This gives us enough time to check the artwork and get proofs from our production team.

When will the artwork be installed?

All artwork will be installed prior to the opening of the show.

Where can I find artwork specifications?

For artwork specifications please contact a member of our team.

Who installs the artwork?

We have a team on-site that will install all artwork at ExCeL. However, if you are ordering in-hall banners (produced by ExCeL London Media) these will be installed by the rigging team who will supply you with a separate quote for the rigging of the banners.
