Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage was brought to life at Grand Designs Live. The restaurant provided more than 3,000 visitors with an opportunity to experience his passion for food and use of locally sourced, seasonal produce.
The pop-up River Cottage Canteen experience was a collaboration with Media 10 Ltd, the organisers of Grand Designs Live.
At the 2016 Adobe Summit, ExCeL worked with Taylor Bennett Productions to create a memorable dining experience for their top customers and executives.
A 120-cover, pop-up version of Tom’s Kitchen was brought to the event floor, with dishes prepared onsite by Tom Aikens, one of the UK’s most acclaimed and inspirational chefs.
The restaurant was custom-built to recreate the relaxed and informal style of Tom’s Kitchen, with the menu featuring fresh ingredients, grown by local producers.
