Culinary star Dipna Anand's specially designed grab-and-go for ExCeL London offers a variety of authentic dishes including Makhani butter chicken, chicken pea and potato curry, karahi lamb & samosa chaat. All of which showcase Dipna's passion and extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine.





Award-winning Dipna Anand is known for her celebrated restaurants Brilliant in Southall and Dip in Brilliant in Fulham, as well as being the author of cook book ‘Beyond Brilliant’ and her very own cookery school.
