Fundi Pizza

Founded by brother's Charlie and Rory Nelson, who built their own wood-fired pizza oven from scratch, hit the streets making Neapolitan-style pizzas in 2012.



Pizzas are made with authentic and fresh Italian ingredients, yet the dough is the secret to Fundi's success. It rests for 48 hours resulting in a thin, soft and elastic pizza in the centre, with thick and fluffy edges and an unforgettable texture.  

The classic Napoli style wood-fired pizzas have been voted one of the best in London.
