Over 300 senior events industry professionals came together and collectively raised £75,000 for the industry charity Events for Namuwongo.
Guests at the event were entertained by Chris Hughes (Brand Events) and Trevor Foley (tfconnect) who expertly compared the night, and the three course dinner was created by a team of twelve chefs working for Leith's ExCeL's in house caterers.
Jeremy Rees, Executive Director, ExCeL London said "Events for Namuwongo has been a fantastic opportunity for the events industry to come together and combine its skills to raise money to improve the lives of the Namuwongo community in Uganda. We are extremely proud to have been involved in hosting the event and working with the E4N to ensure it was their most successful event to date."
Jeremy continued "I am delighted that over 300 leading figures from our industry came together under our roof to not only generously donate to the cause; but to also network with each other for an evening of fantastic entertainment. We are extremely grateful for the generosity of our onsite partners such as Leith's and Blitz and the sponsors who provided prizes for the raffle."
