James Rees promoted to ExCeL London Executive Team

ExCeL London has today announced that James Rees will be promoted to Executive Director from 1st January 2013.

ExCeL London has today announced that James Rees, the Director of Conferences & Events at ExCeL London will be promoted to Executive Director and will also sit on the Executive management team from 1st January 2013.

David Pegler, CEO, ExCeL London: "This is a well deserved promotion. James has been at ExCeL for ten years and has been instrumental in transforming the ExCeL conference & events division into the success it is today. James is well respected within the industry and was appointed to the ICCA Board of Directors in October, further raising his profile and that of ExCeL within the global meetings industry. His contribution to the business also reflects our ambitions within the meetings market place to help London become Europe's leading events destination. One of our key objectives is to continue to develop and build an industry leading management and James' promotion is a significant step towards helping to achieve this."
