Our team works with event organisers and exhibitors across the venue’s wide scope of events; from large scale exhibitions and conferences to training days and executive meetings, creating menus and experiences that enhance the visitor experience, support stakeholders and ultimately lead to a more successful event outcome.
We offer far reaching food and drink services including gala dinners, bespoke event restaurants, stand catering, and retail catering both in-hall and in ExCeL’s central boulevard.
The wide range of retail restaurants and outlets in the venue is inspired by cuisines from around the world.

An ethical supply chain and locally sourced products are a key requirement for our customers, and we are proud to offer fairtrade tea and coffee, 100% british beef, sustainably sourced fish, freedom farmed chicken, free range eggs and much more. Our diverse menus and flawless service delivery require precision planning in a venue the size of 12 football pitches. Guaranteeing excellence at every point of service delivery is essential, with operations overseen by managers for each event location. Naturally, all catering takes place under exacting standards of food safety, with rigorous monitoring throughout the process.
