London Build, one of the largest UK construction shows, has announced it is relocating to Excel London, becoming the third Nineteen Group event to make the switch inside 12 months.
Taking place from 25-26 November, the move is part of a wider growth strategy as the organisers look to build on the show’s continued success, in addition to taking advantage of Excel’s state-of-the-art facilities, infrastructure and connectivity.
Furthermore, this year’s show will be co-located with elementalLONDON – the UK’s dedicated event for connecting specifiers and suppliers to advance the efficiency of buildings.
London Build, which has been running since 2015 at Olympia, together with elementalLONDON, will attract over 25,000 attendees and 650 exhibitors, becoming the second and third shows produced by Nineteen Group to relocate to Excel. In April 2025, Nineteen Group relocated its first event to Excel, the popular Retail Technology Show, which instantly enjoyed an 11% year-on-year growth with 14,000 visitors and 438 exhibitors.

Excel have been able to support us with exactly these ambitions, just as we saw with the Retail Technology Show. The venue, facilities and transport links are world-class, as is their dedicated team, and it’s this support that allows us to realise our wider expansion goals.”

As London Build enters its next phase of growth, the relocation comes at a pivotal moment for Excel on its mission to become the best event destination in the world. The venue has delivered a £350 million investment programme over the last five years, including a landmark expansion opened in 2025 that significantly increased capacity and introduced state-of-the-art event space.
A further £100 million programme is now underway to enhance digital infrastructure, wayfinding, food and beverage and the overall visitor experience - strengthening Excel’s partnership with organisers and providing the scale, flexibility and support needed to deliver exceptional events at every stage of growth.
