The world’s most famous dinosaur park comes to life right before your eyes with Jurassic World: The Exhibition at ExCeL London.

Inspired by the beloved films, the immersive experience is a must for all T-Rex fans, so here’s everything you need to know to make sure your visit is a dino-mite, roarsome success!

First thing first, you need to book your tickets. We recommend doing these in advance online here. On-site tickets are available but are subject to availability so get in early to avoid disappointment. And remember, you don’t need to print your ticket (just use the Fever app).

Getting to ExCeL London
ExCeL is one of the most connected venues in the world so getting here is very easy, no matter what form of travel you take. We recommend public transport using the new high-speed Elizabeth line with our own dedicated station at Custom House. You can also travel via the DLR alighting at Custom House for the West Entrance of ExCeL. You can also travel by bus, bike, taxi and even cable car! Plan your journey here

Parking & driving
If you’re decide to drive then we recommend using the postcode E16 1XL on your satellite navigation system. We have up to 2,000 spaces on site (cars only), with Jurassic World visitors benefitting from a special discounted rate of £12 for 4 hours. You will receive a link to pre-book this after you have purchased your ticket. Be sure to do this in advance otherwise parking costs £20 on the day. Free motorcycle parking is also available (just follow the signs) although there is no need to pre-book. Of course, we also provide disabled parking. These can be found in the orange car park, located close to the entrance.

What time shall I arrive?
Each booking has a time slot which you should aim to arrive 5-10 minutes beforehand. Please also allow plenty of time for travelling/parking to avoid missing your slot.

What should I do if I’m going to be late for my slot?
We appreciate from time to time this can happen but in the first instance, visitors should always try to allow enough time for traffic, parking, and other possible delays. Unfortunately, the organisers cannot guarantee entry after your booked session time, however, the onsite staff will do their best to admit you into the next available session if possible.

How long should I allocate for the experience?
The experience takes between 45 minutes and one hour, however there is no time limit once you have passed through the entry area.

Is it suitable for young children?
The exhibition is best suited for those aged eight and upwards as it uses strobe lighting effects, sudden loud noises and theatrical fog/haze. However, there are no set age restrictions. Children up to 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
