We source British meat, fruit and vegetables; 90% of our seasonal fruit and vegetables comes from farms in South East England
We have an on-site bakery at E16, where our team prepare fresh pastries daily — including our famous butter croissants
We have a smokehouse for our own smoked salmon, which we use in our salads and sandwiches
For one of the events, our chefs served over 200,000 portions of food in 12 continuous days with a different menu each day
We donate surplus food to local charities such as Sheldrake Close, Residents Group and Newham Foodbank
