Excel has built a high-capacity internet network that can support thousands of devices and asks all exhibitors not to use personal routers, mobile hotspots, or other wireless access devices, as they interfere with the venue’s infrastructure and degrade performance for everyone.
There are two options available when exhibiting at Excel. Both are fully supported by Excel’s onsite technical team.
If you need an internet connection to stream an HD or 4K video, run a live demo of your website or software, or access back-office systems from your stand, we strongly recommend you opt for a hardwired connection. When Excel is busy, interference from multiple personal devices can cause disruption.

Although there is a free public Wi-Fi service venue-wide, this is only suitable for general browsing and email, but it is not designed for business-critical or high-bandwidth use.
Excel has a range of reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi options for your stand, with average upload and download speeds of up to 8 Mbps. For faster or more secure access, we recommend a hard-wired connection. You can purchase a Wi-Fi connection at Excel’s Webshop.
