Our dedicated team cater for over 300 events per year, from large scale exhibitions and conferences, to training days and executive meetings, creating new and innovative menus and helping you to deliver the best possible guest experience.
Event hospitality
Should you require delicious food for an awards dinner, party or throughout a conference, our team provides personal service and advice throughout, from choosing menus to those final touches which will help deliver a great event.
In hall catering
From a show floor coffee cart to a fully seated restaurant, our team will work with you to deliver great catering within the footprint of your event.
Retail
Outside of your event, you’ll discover a wide range of retail restaurants and eateries on our central boulevard with a range of fantastic options to fuel you and your customers for the day ahead.
After hours
Want to entertain and network with your customers after the event closes? We have a variety of exclusive spaces in the venue which are perfect for private parties, canapé and cocktail receptions or sit-down dinners. Browse our range of hand-picked restaurants and attractions.
We source British meat, fruit and vegetables; 90% of our seasonal fruit and vegetables comes from farms in South East of England
We have an on-site bakery at E16, where our team prepare fresh pastries daily — including our famous butter croissants
We have a smokehouse for our own smoked salmon, which we use in our salads and sandwiches
For one of the events, our chefs served over 200,000 portions of food in 12 continuous days with a different menu each day
We donate surplus food to local charities such as Sheldrake Close, Residents Group and Newham Foodbank
