Mobility aids can only be reserved for one day. Rental times are subject to the event hours on the day of collection.
We do not charge fees for the hire of mobility aids, they are provided free-of-charge. For our full terms and conditions of hire please see here.
During this process you will need to upload Photo ID, the same ID must be presented to our team on the day of collection.

When collecting your mobility aid you will need to present your Photo ID, this must be the same ID uploaded during the reservation process.
Availability of mobility equipment is limited, if you are more than one hour late your reservation may be automatically cancelled. If you are going to be late, please email accessibility@excel.london or call the Security Suite on 020 7069 4445.
