Driving to ExCeL London.

Please use the multi-storey car park (MSCP) unless you are visiting the venue itself.

You can pre-book parking for the car park under the venue for one or more days at our reduced rate of £5 for 24 hours by going to selecting Sandstone Lane, E16 as the destination. For more information please email

If you’re arriving via the M11, the North Circular (A406) or the A13, as you get closer you’ll pick up signs for Royal Docks, City Airport and ExCeL London.

If you are using the Royal Victoria Car Park (MSCP) — approximately a 5 minute walk from the venue.


There are 3,070 parking spaces across three car parks. The Orange car park (under the main venue), the Royal Victoria multi-storey car park, and the East car park (check whether this is in use for your event).

Parking costs £5 in the Orange car park, located underneath the venue, for up to 24 hours. Parking is for cars only. Please note the £5 charge applies until 31st December 2020. From 1st January, parking will cost £20 for up to 24 hours.

Parking costs £20 in the multi storey car park, for up to 24 hours. Parking is for cars, transit vans and minibuses up to 3.5T. 

Coach £30.00.

Vehicles over above 3.5T/Lorry £35.00.

Please note the Royal Victoria multi-storey and Orange car parks only permit vehicles up to a maximum of 1.9 metres high. Pre-booking is not available for commercial vehicles.

Motorcycles can be parked free of charge in the designated motorcycle parking area in the upper level Orange car park, zone 3.

There are clearly marked disabled parking bays in the Orange car park (the car park closest to the venue) and the Royal Victoria multi-storey car park. There is a fine of £80 for parking in a disabled bay without displaying a valid disabled badge.

All on-site parking is pay and display. All machines in the Orange car park accept card payment. Machines accepting cash are available at the two entrances to the venue from the car park. All machines in Royal Victoria multi-storey accept both cash and card.

Online parking enquiries


Haven’t received your confirmation email?

If you have booked parking online, but haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your junk mail / spam folder. If you are unable to locate the message please email for assistance, quoting your registration number.

You must be able to print your ticket and display it in your vehicle during your visit to ExCeL

If you are unable to print your ticket then you cannot pre book parking and you will need to use the onsite pay and display machines to purchase a ticket.

If you have forgotten your ticket, please visit an information desk with your booking confirmation or registration to be issued with a replacement ticket.

I need to change or have made an error with my booking – what do I do?

If you need to change the time, date or vehicle registration for your booking, please make a completely new reservation with the correct details to secure a space.

Then please email us at with the date, time and vehicle registration number of the booking that needs to be cancelled and we will refund this as quickly as possible.

Can disabled bays be pre-booked?

Disabled badge holder visitors can pre-book online and park in a disabled bay subject to availability. If a disabled bay is not available, our traffic and parking team with endeavour to find you a space as near as possible to the venue entrance.

Can I cancel my booking?

If you would like to cancel your booking please notify ExCeL by emailing or call 020 7069 4568. 

Cancellation received with less than 48 hours of the booked arrival will not be refundable. Cancellations on the day of booking or after are not refundable.
