Getting here — well that couldn’t be simpler

On 7th June, all visitors attending Adobe Summit EMEA 2023 and The Natural Stone Show, are advised to alight at Custom House station for the West entrance to the venue. Visitors attending AWS Summit London 2023 can alight at both Custom House station for West entrance and Prince Regent DLR for East entrance.

 

Driving to ExCeL London


The stretch of private road on the north side of the venue, 
Sandstone Lane and Seagull Lane, is closed. Access to the car park under the venue and the lorryway for deliveries is only via Royal Victoria Dock Road or the A112, click here to see the map.

The Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) includes ExCeL London. Please visit https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/check-your-vehicle/ to check whether your vehicle is subject to ULEZ charge.

There are over 1,800 parking spaces across the Orange car park, located under the venue.

Parking is available on a first come, first served basis, using pay and display. Parking for cars costs £25 for up to 24-hours. Parking is available for cars, transit vans and minibuses up to 3.5T.

Parking for commercial vehicles (those up to 2.8m high) costs £30 for 24-hours.
Van parking is available in zones 2,3,4 and 5.

Parking for vehicles over 3.5T/Lorries costs £35.00 for up to 24-hours. 

Our motorcycle parking is free and cannot be pre-booked. Upon entering the car park (for directions, please use what3words ///expect.likes.eager or E16 1FR), please follow one-way system as it will take you to upper level to designated motorcycle bays in Zone 2.

There are clearly marked disabled parking bays in the Orange car park. Blue badge holders can park in designated disabled parking bays free of charge. There is a fine of £80 for parking in a disabled bay without displaying a valid disabled badge.

All on-site parking is pay and display. All machines in the Orange car park accept card payments only.

 

Please note the Orange car park only permit vehicles up to a maximum of 1.9 metres height. 

 

Parking FAQs

Can disabled bays be pre-booked?

It is not possible to pre-book a disabled bay. If a disabled bay is not available, our traffic and parking team with endeavour to find you a space as near as possible to the venue entrance.

Can I park and charge my electric vehicle?

My car is taller than 1.9 meters - where can I park?

If your vehicle is taller than 1.9 meters, please report to the ExCeL Traffic office located on Sandstone Lane, E16 1DR and a member of a team will direct you to the parking location.

Parking is available on a first come, first served basis, using pay and display. If you are travelling to ExCeL London by road please use postcode E16 1FR to find us. 

Public transport

There are multiple ways of travelling to our venue: Elizabeth line (Custom House station), Underground and DLR (ExCeL can be accessed via two DLR stations: Custom House and Prince Regent), cable car or Uber Boat.
