Housing Week, London 2025

25-26 November 2025

For the first time, London’s leading housing events are coming together in one week to create a powerful forum for shaping the future of the housing sector.

Taking place as part of Housing Week, London, HOMES UK, the largest free-to-attend conference and exhibition of its kind, returns this year alongside Unlock Net Zero Live—and is now joined by two brand-new summits: the Data and Digital Summit and the Residential Building Safety Summit.

The Data and Digital Summit is dedicated to driving efficiency across asset management, sustainability, building safety, development, cybersecurity, data, and artificial intelligence. Explore groundbreaking ideas, cutting-edge technologies, and practical strategies to enhance service delivery and accelerate your organisation’s digital transformation.

The Residential Building Safety Summit is designed to support professionals in design, construction, and building control in navigating building safety regulations and managing fire risks. The in-depth programme will cover the latest regulatory requirements, provide updates on the government’s remediation acceleration plan, and share strategies for keeping residents safe in their homes.

HOMES UK and Unlock Net Zero Live continue to serve housing, asset management, development and sustainability professionals, helping them find the solutions and connections needed to deliver on multiple priorities—across both new and existing homes.

Join thousands of housing associations, local authorities, government agencies, residents, investors, planners and housebuilders at the South’s largest gathering of housing professionals.

Additional Housing Week events will be taking place across London throughout the week. Visit the website for more details.
