TRYKA arrives at Excel London this September, bringing one of Europe's fastest-growing functional fitness events to the UK for the very first time.

Following four sold out events in Dublin, which have welcomed more than 60,000 athletes and spectators, TRYKA is set to deliver an unforgettable weekend of fitness, community and challenge in the heart of London.

Designed for everyday athletes, TRYKA is a community driven fitness event that celebrates participation over perfection. Whether you're taking on your first fitness challenge, competing alongside friends, colleagues or your local gym, or pushing for a podium finish in the PRO division, TRYKA welcomes participants of all abilities to experience the energy of race day in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Across a purpose-built course, participants will take on a series of functional fitness stations designed to test strength, endurance and determination, all fuelled by an electric atmosphere and thousands of TRYKA supporters cheering them on. Competitors can choose from 500, 800 or PRO race categories, with entry formats including Singles, Doubles, Relay Teams, TRYKA CLAN (2 adults and 2 children), and TRYKA JNRS, ensuring there's a challenge for every age, ability and ambition.

Beyond the course, visitors can enjoy a vibrant event village featuring partner activations, spectator viewing areas, food and drink, music, and an unbeatable community atmosphere, making it a fantastic day out for competitors and supporters alike.
