Event Production Show

If you've been to a festival, a stadium gig, a marathon or a brand activation, you've seen the work of the people attending the Event Production Show.

EPS is the UK's longest-running event for professionals behind outdoor and live experiences. For over 35 years, it's brought together the organisers, producers and suppliers who make the biggest nights in live events happen.

It's back at Excel London on 3-4 March 2027, running alongside International Confex and The PA Show.

Who's it for?

Anyone who plans, produces or delivers live events. That covers festivals, sport, stadium and arena tours, brand activations, local authority celebrations and cultural spectacles.

In 2026, 5,000+ live event professionals had their registration approved. They came from every corner of the industry, from grassroots festivals to organisations like AEG, Festival Republic, Red Bull, Silverstone and London Marathon Events.
