We always recommend that exhibitors order services in the early-bird payment window: within 28 days of the first day of tenancy for the event.
Our approach is to be as flexible as possible in terms of our refund and reschedule policy for service orders, however from 28 days out from the first day of event tenancy we are liable for costs incurred to enable us to deliver orders on time and to a high standard.
