Whatever distance you’re racing, you can look forward to a spectator-friendly swim in Royal Victoria Dock, an exhilarating bike leg on traffic-free roads in the capital, and a fast, flat run with amazing crowd support to complete your London T100 experience. We hope you have an incredible race!

Sprint triathlon waves: 9.00am
Super sprint triathlon waves: 10.20am
100km registration: 10.00am
Pro women race: 12.00pm
Olympic registration: 2.00pm
Pro men race: 2.45pm

Sunday 26th July
100km triathlon waves: 6.30am
Olympic triathlon waves: 8.30am

Please note the road running across the campus, Sandstone Lane and Seagull Lane, is closed. Access to the car park under the venue and the lorryway for deliveries is only via Royal Victoria Dock Road or the A112. Click here for more information.
