We offer flexible pricing to suit your booking timeline; secure the best value by booking early, or take advantage of our last‑minute options.

Advance Rate: Enjoy our best value by booking 28+ days ahead of the tenancy start date.
Standard Rate: Available for bookings made up to 14 days before the tenancy starts.
Late Rate: Last‑minute bookings (within 7 days of tenancy starting) – we’ll confirm availability right away.

Please note: Orders are confirmed once availability is secured and full payment is received, ensuring prompt processing and delivery.

Summary of terms & cancellation policy

Prices for our services may be reviewed during 2025. However, once your order is confirmed and payment is received within 28 days of the order confirmation date, the quoted price for that service will be guaranteed.

If the exhibitor, organiser, or their representative notifies the Exhibitor Services Team of their order cancellation:

28 days or more prior to the first day of the event tenancy*, a refund or credit of 100% of the order value is offered.
27 to 8 days prior to the first day of the event tenancy*, a refund or credit of 50% of the order value is offered.
Within 7 days prior to the first day of the event tenancy*, no refund or credit will be offered.
