Stands will be cleaned on the last day of build and every evening once the show is open. There is a cost for this, which will be charged at the agreed organiser rate. Your event manager can advise what this is likely to be.

Carpet laying schedule
The cleaning team meets with your carpet supplier so we know the time and areas where they will start to lay the carpet. Once this is decided, we will work in front of them to make sure all the areas are clean ahead of them laying the carpet.

Excel encourage everyone to consider how they can:
All waste produced during build and break must be removed by those responsible. If any waste is left during that time it will be removed by our cleaning team and billed to the organisers of the event. Please refer to the order form for costs.
