In no event shall we be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses or damage arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for:

• death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or the negligence of our employees, agents, or subcontractors;

• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

• any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

Public car parks are accessible to everyone. As such, we cannot guarantee that individuals will not enter the Car Park and cause damage to property or engage in criminal behaviour.

Payment and Charges

Parking charges must be paid in accordance with the posted rates as displayed on boards at various payment stations within the Car Park. Failure to pay the parking charges shall be considered a breach of these terms and conditions, and legal action will be taken to recover the outstanding parking charges and associated costs.

We also reserve the right to refuse entry to the Car Park to any vehicle with a history of unpaid parking charges until the outstanding balance is settled.

Your obligations

You must comply with all posted signs, markings, speed limit and instructions within the Car Park, and must not obstruct the flow of traffic. You must not under any circumstances exit the Car Park by walking under a vehicle exit barrier.

You must only park your vehicles within the marked lines in designated parking spaces. You must not park your vehicle in a bay designated for a specific purpose or blue badge holders if you do not have prior permission, or the necessary documentation to do so. We reserve the right to request and inspect blue badges at any time. Failure to comply with this will result in charges and fines.

Smoking, littering, and any form of illegal activity are strictly prohibited within the Car Park.

You shall be liable to pay for any damage caused by you to any equipment or property owned by us within the Car Park, and legal action will be taken against you to recover damages and associated costs.

We reserve the right to move vehicles within the Car Park if we deem it necessary to do so by using whatever method we consider reasonable and appropriate. Further, we reserve the right to remove any vehicle from the Car Park if we consider it reasonable and necessary for safety to persons, other health and safety reasons, emergencies, prevention of obstruction, and if we consider removal is required or for the more efficient arrangement of our parking facilities at the Car Park for an efficient operation of the Car Park.

You are not permitted to engage in any sale or disposal of vehicles within the Car Park.

Vehicles left in the Car Park for an extended period without prior arrangement may be deemed abandoned and may be towed and impounded. We reserve the right to sell any vehicle which we reasonably consider having been abandoned in the Car Park.

By entering our Car Park, you agree that we may collect your data for effective operational purposes. Your data may also be used for crime prevention and security purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or admission to any vehicle into the Car Park if we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.

Automatic Number Plate Recognition

The Car Park operates on a ticketless system with Automated Number Plate Recognition (ANPR). Cameras are installed at both the entrance and exit of the Car Park, and automatically log the number plate of vehicles on entry and exit. This information is used to determine the length of stay, pre-booking status, and relevant parking charges payable.

If the ANPR system is unable to automatically read a number plate, you will be issued a paper ticket at the entry barrier.

If you fail to produce your ticket on departure, you will be charged at the full 24-hourly rate for each 24-hour period or part thereof of the duration your vehicle has been in the Car Park. No refund will be made for any parking charges paid in respect of a lost ticket, or venue partner parking.
